Media Fail

As much as I hate Twitter, it seems to be one of the few sources where news is available on the aftermath of Friday's Presidential elections in Iran, along with a few other blogs. American mainstream media seems to have completely failed in covering these events, lagging behind the internet and international media to a degree that is almost suspicious...

If you haven't been following the story, check out Huffington Post for starters. This story keeps evolving pretty rapidly, and will likely be completely different by morning, but I doubt it will be going away anytime soon, and the cable news media is going to take a serious hit for it. This is developing into one of the most important political events of my generation, and most people are probably missing it.
