My shoulder is fucked up.
All I know is that yesterday I went through my entire intense shoulder workout routine I put myself on two months ago without any incident. I put down the weights and was heading out the door when all of the sudden I felt this sharp pain in my left shoulder, which went away after a few seconds, but my muscles started to feel pretty sore tonight.
I'm considering the possibility that I might be overtraining. I've also felt like my diet has been fucked since I got back to school, and that's one thing these online self-diagnosis sites say to watch for. It seems like a lot of the symptoms are psychological. One site asks, Do you feel angry about the idea of missing a workout, and the answer is, Yes, obviously. I'm supposed to go to the gym tomorrow, but I guess I'm going to have to take a fucking break for a while. Stressed? I am a bit overworked, but it's nothing I can't handle. What I'm really worried about is that this is my masturbating arm that's injured, and I'm gonna definitely need some help with that until my shoulder gets better...
But right now I'm drunk and I guess I'm gonna have to do some reading and pass the fuck out. So far it looks like my research this semester is centering on the MALE BODY and the FASCIST STATE - I feel like that shouldn't surprise any of my readers.

So long as it is only muscular and not in the joint you should be okay. Take some advil and rest it up for a few days. You are young and it should recover quickly.
Hope you`ll feel okay again soon!
I hop eyou are feeling better today. If the pain is still there I may contact the doctor and get His advise.
